Paul Dougherty, owner of The Camera 1 Group, is a Peabody- and Emmy Award-winning Director of Photography known for his creative attention to detail and lighting expertise. With three decades of video production experience, Paul believes in the art of visual storytelling, where stories are captured at 30 frames per second.

Eileen Dougherty joined The Camera 1 Group after a 13-year career in broadcast news. She has deep roots in news and feature production, working as a Capitol Hill Correspondent before becoming Bureau Chief of an independent Washington DC News Bureau. 

  • Her credits include notable historical events, including the Fall of the Berlin Wall, a week with Peace Activists marching in the former Soviet Union, The Anniversary of the Normandy Invasion, and Domestic and International Presidential Summits. Eileen has reported from and run the coverage of three Presidential Campaign Conventions.
